Licesed Director of Human Resources

 

The license focuses on the development of strategies and leadership in human resource management and is recommended to senior human resources professionals. Topics covered include human resource management in organizations with a human resources sector or department with at least 5 employees responsible for recruitment, analysis and analysis, development, evaluation, occupational safety, employee relations, trade union relations and development of the organization's current goals.

Acquisition of a license, Licensed Director of Human Resources, LDHR (Licesed Director of Human Resources) requires the candidate to have passed an exam consisting of 150 questions, based on knowledge and situation.

To meet the requirements for taking this exam and the credentials of the Licensed Director of Human Resources, LDHR (Licesed Director of Human Resources), you must:

  • You have at least seven years of experience in a professional position for human resources + a minimum master's degree from the faculty
  • You have at least ten years of experience in a professional position in the field of human resource management + a college degree

After successfully completing the training, candidates can take the exam for obtaining a license in human resource management. All candidates who pass the training organized by the Chamber of Human Resources Managers of Serbia, during the first application are exempted from the fee when submitting the request for taking the exam.

The price?

Taking the license exam is carried out at the personal request of the candidate, in accordance with the Rulebook on detailed conditions for issuing, renewing or revoking the license of members of the Chamber of Human Resources Managers of Serbia.

The candidate submits a request for taking the license exam to the Chamber or the competent office no later than 60 days before the expiration of the license period.

Documentation required for taking the license exam:

1. Application for taking the license exam (download the request form). The fee for submitting the request is 15,000.00 rsd.
2. Proof of payment of the license exam fee. The fee for taking the license exam is 30,000.00 rsd.

The dates for taking the license exam are March and October of the current year.

The license exam is taken online or in writing. Exceptionally, the Commission may, for justified reasons, also allow oral examinations.

The fee is paid by the candidate to the current account of the exam organizer. The candidate is obliged to submit proof of payment to the Chamber no later than 7 days before the date of the license exam.

If the candidate, for justified reasons, does not take the license exam, he is entitled to a refund of the money paid in the name of the fee for taking the license exam. The candidate is obliged to inform the Chamber in writing at least 24 hours before the time set for the beginning of the exam, which informs the Commission for taking the license exam. A candidate who, for unjustified reasons, does not take the license exam or does not inform the Chamber within the period referred to in the previous paragraph, loses the right to a refund of the money paid in the name of the fee for taking the license exam. The justification of the reasons is determined by the Commission for taking the license exam. The decision on reimbursement of costs is made by the director of the Chamber on the proposal of the Commission.

Duration and renewal of the license?

The license is valid for four years after passing and acquiring. In order to retain this letter of credit, 60 relicensing points must be collected over a period of four years or the exam re-taken.

NOTE: In accordance with the Rulebook on detailed conditions for issuing, renewing or revoking the license of members of the Chamber of Human Resources Managers of Serbia, persons who do not meet the conditions for renewal of the license prescribed by this Rulebook, must apply for a license exam within 60 days before the license period.
